TortoiseFossil

TortoiseFossil is an Explorer plug-in for showing the status of
files versioned in Fossil repositories.

TortoiseFossil should install with no problems.
Installing on Windows 2000
--------------------------
Installing TortoiseFossil on Windows 2000 presents some extra steps
because of the operating system's age.
1. First, ensure that your installation is up to date with SP4, and also
ensure your Windows Update has installed all of its hotfixes. One thing
that TortoiseFossil definitely requires is MSVCP60.DLL, which is available
in hotfix update, if required, apply the hotfix KB816542 directly.

2. Install TortoiseFossil
3. Install a version of TortoiseOverlays that works with Windows 2000,
otherwise the icon overlays may not work at all.
FAQ on issues around Windows 2000
Q. Things aren't working, I'm definitely missing MSVC60P.DLL
A. Make sure you do step 1: SP4 and add hotfix KB816542
Q. MSVCP60.DLL isn't a valid windows image
A. You've probably added MSVCP60.DLL from a 64-bit version of Windows,
move this DLL out of the DLL loading paths, and go through step 1 again.
Q. __cxxframehandler3 missing from MSVCRT.DLL
A. You've probably added MSVCP60.DLL from another version of Windows,
Remove it (keep a backup if you wish) and retry
Q. The icons aren't showing up!
A. Manually install a version of TortoiseOverlays from the TortoiseSVN
project that still supports Windows 2000.
