Settings

The plugins can be configured for several settings.  Most of these settings are stored in the `$(NPP)\plugins\Config\PreviewHTML\Settings.ini`.

Here are some settings:

    [Emulation]
    Installed IE version=<version number of IE engine>

This indicates the maximum version of Internet Explorer that is supported. Useful for IE10, which was not properly recognized.

    [Autorefresh]
    Interval=<number of milliseconds>

This indicates (in milliseconds) how long after the last change the preview should be refreshed.
