The configuration form should have an ‘About’ tag (at the end, beyond the Log tab if present).

That tab should display:

• Author info
• Licence
• A link to the canonical URL https://fossil.2of4.net/zaap/file/ZAAP.net/ZPreview/README.md?ci=trunk
• A link to the tickets page https://fossil.2of4.net/zaap/ticket
• A button or link to submit a ticket: https://fossil.2of4.net/zaap/tktnew
• The fossil version info:
  • revision (linking to https://fossil.2of4.net/zaap/info/{uuid})
  • date and time
  • tags

Note that the fossil repo may have to be configured so that it writes manifest and tag files.
