Hi, thanks for great plugin!
Is it possible to make Preview HTML refresh everytime you press Ctrl + s? Now I have to press the Refresh button or change tabs to have it refreshed.
I'm using Notepad++ 7.8.4 and Preview HTML 1.3.2

The plugin should refresh automatically after you've stopped typing, but I guess I could add a setting where it only refreshes after the document has been saved.

I think this is an instance of the bug wherein the refresh function is not working on 64 bit starting at NPP 7.7

Yes, but it still works (as of today at least) with 32bit version of Notepad++.
