If you download the latest version from [https://fossil.2of4.net/npp_preview/zip/Preview_plugin.zip?uuid=publish], the plugin should correctly show IE 11. It's not possible to preview "as Google Chrome". It might be possible to preview "as Edge" (I haven’t looked into it), but I'd likely have to rewrite major parts of the plugin.
